2008 - 2011 Completed my undergraduate degree in Finance at the University of Northern BC. I started my first business in 3rd year university.  It was a painting business. It allowed me to pay off my $40,000 student loan and buy my first investment property within 6 months of graduating

2013 - 2016 Studied at UBC and became a Real Estate Agent with

2016 - 2020 Left real estate and started a home service franchise called Shack Shine. Eventually sold it in late 2020 to start another painting business. Learned about the power of creating SOP's and following a system

2023 Bought a cash flow positive multi family building with a JV Partner in BC. We renovated, increased the value, refinanced, raised rents and are now holding long term.

2024 In early 2024 my net worth surpassed $1,000,000. This took me 12 years and $6,500,000 in career sales to do starting from $0.00 with no money gifted or inherited from anyone. This was a big milestone for me. Compounding Investments like real estate made this possible.

Realizing the gift of MRR

2020 - Present Built a scaled a professional painting company in Greater Vancouver using my skills in systems and development.
