The Founder
"I'm not special. I just kept going — and I found out the hard way that the only real limits are the ones we carry inside."
Brad Samuels is a British Columbia-based entrepreneur, investor, and real estate owner. He has been buying and managing residential rental properties since 2012 — starting with condos, moving into triplexes, and building up to 7 rental units across BC. Real estate has been a consistent, deliberate part of how he builds long-term wealth — not a side interest, but a core pillar.
Alongside his real estate portfolio, Brad built ColourCraft — a painting franchise that grew to over $10M in revenue. That experience gave him a deep grounding in operations, systems, team leadership, and the discipline required to build something that runs well without the owner in every room.
What Brad has learned over 13+ years of owning rental property is that the real wealth is not in the monthly cash flow — it is in the long-term compounding of equity, the forced savings of mortgage paydown, and the appreciation that comes from owning real assets in supply-constrained markets.
Foundationz Real Estate Group is the next step in that journey — moving from condos and triplexes into a larger multifamily apartment building (8–15 units), structured as a formal syndication so that people Brad knows and trusts can invest alongside him. This is his first deal at this scale, and he is being completely transparent about that.
This is not a pitch from a faceless fund manager. It is an invitation from someone who has been in the market since 2012, who understands what it means to own and manage rental property, and who is now ready to take the next step — with people he knows alongside him.

My Story
I have been investing in real estate since 2012. What started as a single condo has grown through triplexes and into 7 units that I own and manage personally across BC. Over that time, I have learned more from the hard moments than the easy ones.
Foundationz is the next chapter. I want to take everything I have learned — about tenants, cash flow, financing, and what it actually means to own income property — and apply it at a larger scale. And I want to bring people I know and trust along for that journey.
In this short video, I share my story — where I started, what I have built, and exactly what I am trying to do with this first syndication offering.

Our Foundation
Foundationz Real Estate Group exists to create a vehicle through which qualified investors can access the long-term wealth-building power of Canadian multifamily real estate — without the burden of active management. We believe that real wealth is built slowly, deliberately, and on solid ground.
We share the full picture — the upside, the risks, the fees, and the assumptions. Investors deserve complete information to make informed decisions.
We approach every acquisition as operators, not speculators. We underwrite conservatively, manage actively, and protect investor capital above all else.
Our GP economics are structured so that we only win when investors win. We do not charge fees that reward activity — we charge fees that reward results.
We invest in real assets, in real markets, with real demand fundamentals. No speculation. No shortcuts. Just disciplined, patient capital deployment.
Why Now
Canada's housing crisis is structural. BC and Alberta are experiencing record population inflows, constrained new supply, and rising rents — creating a multi-decade tailwind for multifamily income property owners.
Brad has spent the last several years studying the Western Canadian multifamily market, building relationships with brokers, lenders, and property managers, and preparing the operational infrastructure to execute a disciplined first acquisition.
The first Foundationz offering is intentionally modest in scale — a $2,000,000 CAD raise targeting an 8–15 unit walk-up apartment building. This is not about swinging for the fences. It is about executing a first deal with precision, delivering on every commitment made to investors, and building the track record that earns the right to do it again at greater scale.
Our Markets
We focus on BC and Alberta because we know these markets intimately. These provinces are experiencing structural housing shortages, strong population growth, and robust rental demand.
